• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Direct Bank Account Transfer (eCheck) all processed by PayPal.
• You do not need to be a PayPal member to make a payment. If you are a member, please log into your account and follow the prompts.
• If you are NOT a PayPal member, please simply enter your credit card or bank information and follow the prompts. PayPal will then securely process your payment and notify us of it. We will never know your financial information, thus making your transaction secure.
• We can NOT ship to third party. We only ship to address on file with credit card or bank account used for payment. This is as an attempt to protect victims of identity theft from having their funds used to purchase our items. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• Note about eChecks: Payments made directly from a Bank Account (eCheck) may take up to 10 days to clear (usually 3-4 days). Shipping only after eCheck has cleared.

We ship worldwide. Please contact us if you do not see your country in our list of destinations.
• All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment (often next day), unless noted otherwise in description. A tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of shipment.
• US Mainland (48 contiguous states): Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground (1-7 business days). FedEx does not ship to PO Box and requires Street address.
• Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and International shipping (see Country exception below): Most orders are shipped Insured Priority Mail (6-14 days). Please be aware that you may be charged Custom fees as required by your Country.
• We only ship to address on file with credit card or bank account used for payment. No shipping to third party. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
• Expedited shipping: Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

Shipping to the UK:
• Most items shipped to the UK are sent insured Express Mail International.
• The less expensive Priority Mail used with other countries does not provide insurance to the UK.
• Since neither customer nor merchant has control over items once in transit, we use the service that provides insurance.
• The only exception is for small, lightweight items that can ship First-class Mail. No insurance is available for it, but we provide accurate tracking information. Insured Express Mail for these items is available upon request, but it is quite expensive.
• We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have no control over shipping cost charged by the USPS.

• You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
• You will receive refund of your payment minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
• Item must be in the same condition as it was received, include all packaging and paperwork (if applicable) and not have been materially changed or modified.
• To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning it. You will receive an RA# within 48 business hours.
