I'm a bit confused. Am I in your Voilà! store or in the general eCRATER site?
If you see the Voilà! logo on top of the page, you are in the Voilà! store. If you see the eCRATER logo, you are still in the eCRATER site. Please click on http://voila.ecrater.com (below the Buy Now button) to go to the Voila! store.
Think of it as eCRATER being the Mall and Voilà! being an individual store inside the mall. eCRATER, just like the mall, doesn't sell anything, but it houses many individual stores. Voilà! is one of these individual stores ... and, we hope, your favorite one.
Do you ship internationally?
Gladly. We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries where exportation is banned by US laws and countries which are known for extensive internet fraud. Our apologies to the many honest people of these countries • It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay the Custom Fees imposed by his/her own Country. We unfortunately have no control over it • Please contact us (through the "Ask seller a question" button located on every item's page) if you do not see your country in our list of destinations.
Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely! All personal and credit information that you enter is encrypted and handled by PayPal. We do not have access to it. We only receive your Name and Address to use for shipping.
What method of payment do you accept?

What is your Return Policy?
• You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt • You will receive refund of your payment minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee • Item must be in the same condition as it was received, include all manufacturer's packaging and paperwork (if applicable) and not have been materially changed or modified • To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning it. You will receive an RA# within 48 business hours.
How quickly do you ship?
